Wedding Terms & Conditions:

·                     6% sales tax on all purchases

·                     Coverage of your wedding day will begin according to package chosen.  For Ceremony/Reception coverage, BPS will arrive 45 minutes before in order to set-up needed equipment.  Following ceremony, all bridal party members and family members should remain at church for formal photo session.  BPS cannot be held responsible for any portraits not completed due to the abscence of required individuals.  Please ask your friends and family to take a minimal amount of snapshots during this portrait session as the flash from their cameras can have a detrimental effect on the quality of your finished portraits. 

·                     BPS will meet with each couple via telephone twice prior to wedding day.  The initial meeting will be to review a checklist of commonly requested wedding portraits.  The couple should choose which poses they would like and write in any others before the second meeting, which will take place one week prior to wedding.

·                     Portrait sessions after the ceremony may take up to 45 minutes.  Please keep this in mind when scheduling your reception.

·                     BPS retains copyright and the rights to exclusive use of any original materials, to include color, B/W, Sepia prints & negatives, DVD/CD creations and any other materials created by BPS, unless a copyright release is purchased.  If copyright release is purchased, couple may print their own pictures.  BPS will still be able to use your wedding photographs in order to showcase their business.

·                     1/3 of package amount due at time contract is signed, in order to hold dates.

·                     1/3 of package amount due 30 days before wedding.

·                     Balance due on day of wedding.

·                     All packages can either be mailed to couple/parents/family/friends or they can be picked up at BPS studio.  BPS will call when your photos are ready and you can chose delivery choice then.

·                     Extra prints may be ordered at any time by calling BPS.

·                     Mileage rate of $0.48 per mile will be charged for travel over 50 miles from BPS studio.  Total will be added to balance due on day or wedding.

·                     All prices subject to change, unless a contract has been signed.
